PAASCH & SILKEBORG / APV - ANHYDRO 4-step Falling-Film vacuum evaporator unit with finisher

This complete falling film vacuum evaporator unit is manufactured in AISI 316 acid proof stainless steel. Design values: Feed flow: 24.000 l/hour - and 20.572 liter/hour water evaporation. Concentrating from 10 % dry solids (DS) to 70 % DS.

It has four calendria and a finisher. This falling film TVR-steam operated vacuum evaporator was in operation for concentrating around 22.000 kg/hour protein water from 10 % DS to around 60% DS, hereby evaporating around 18.333 kg water per hour. Pipe diameter, outside: 38 mm / diameter inside: 35,6 mm. Pipe length: 5500 mm. We have tested the evaporator - on Tuesday the 7th. of November - with excellent result: All pumps are working and the vacuum obtained was 95 % vacuum.

This evaporator is designed for a feed flow of 27.000 l/hour and around 22.000 liter/hour water evaporation.

This evaporator unit has been in operation until end of this autuum and is complete, operational and still installed. All equipment is in excellent working condition and the original technical documentation is available. There is no electric panel due to the steering being build into the factory main steering and control system.
