Flottweg tricanter, type Z6E-4 / 444 with extra rotating unit

One used Flottweg tricanter, type Z6E-4/444 HS2I 750 A - in excellent condition. Including extra rotating unit and Flottweg electrical panel.

At order the equipment will be sent to SPOMASZ-Wronki decanter factory work shop in Poland, for total repair/reconditioning. The cost for the total reconditioning of all the equipment is included in the price. After repair/reconditioning, the equipment will be delivered with spin test report and factory work shop guaranty. In cooperation with SPOMASZ-Wronki, we can assist with the installation, start-up, running-in and training of operators.

This tricanter has been in operation on fish silage in Norway with a capacity of 15-18 tons/hour. The design of this tricanter was specially focused on fine solids discharge.

Max bowl speed: 3.000 rpm. Max processing temperature: 100 deg. Celsius.
Max sedimets density: 2,5 kg/deciliter.
Bowl wear protection: Inside by special lining. Discharge area inside: By bushings (exchangeable). Discharge area outside: By scrapers (exchangeable).
Conveyor has feed compartment with exchangeable bushings. Scroll blade made by tungsten carbide.
Main motor: 75 kW – 50 Hz, 400 V, 1500 rpm.
Automatic Back drive system: Viscotherm Rotodiff, type 1071 D. Hydraulic system with 18,5 kW motor – 50 Hz, 400 V, 1500 rpm.
