JH Stålindustri A/S RotaPro V45 surface scraped heat exchanger

Rack with 4 units of type V45 surface scraped heat exchangers in serial connections, available from previous food installation for mayonaise production. Please see enclosed pdf file concerning technical- and performance data. Each V45 unit has heat transfer area of 0,45 m2.

Each V45 cylinder has inner diameter of 100 mmm. Rotor diameter is 60 mm. Blades are made of teflon. Cylinder lenght (for heat transfer) is around 1425 mm. Material of parts in contact with product: W1.4404. Other materials: W1.4301

Drives: 4 x 2,2 kW gearmotors - 400 V, 50 Hz. These 4 x V45 units are without insulation. Total Height: 2050 mm. Length: 1,3 m, Width: 0,6 m. Estimated Weight: 400 kg.
