Alfa Laval Decanter centrifuge, type DSNX 4850

Application: Decanter centrifuge for bio sludge dewatering in local Danish municipal sewage plant.

This reconditioned Alfa Laval DSNX 4850 decanter unit is in excellent working condition and includes original Alfa Laval steering panel with ABC controller, screw conveyor and excenter screw pump for the dry solids sludge. We supply 12 month warranty on this reconditioned decanter unit and ancillary equipment.

Operating G-force: 3.193, max bowl speed: 3650 rpm. Gearbox: 10 kNm, ratio: 1:380. Back drive: ECB size 160, max. diff. (rpm): 8. Drum diameter: 480/263 mm, Bowl beach angle: 10°, 6" scroll / 152 mm pitch, conveyor flights are protected with tungsten carbide tiles to protect against abrasive wear, BD3 feed inlet, max sludge density: 1,2 kg/dm3, wear liner providing 360° overflow rim for solids discharge, saddles for erosion protections, max feed temperature: 110°C,
