Contherm / Jensen & Nowak surface scraped heat exchanger, 6 x 9"

Rack with one reconditioned horizontal Contherm 6 x 9" surface scrape heat exchanger with 7,5 kW gearmotor.

This unit was refurbished with a new 126 mm rotor with staggered pins for 14 blades, new bearing houses for centered rotor position, new rotating coupling house with new bearings in stainless steel and new multispline. Including set of new mechanical grafite sealings.

The Contherm cylinder was refurbished inside and claded with new insulation material. Everything assembled by our experienced Contherm engineers and video tested with water before transport to end customer in Finland.
