2009 Westfalia Separator GmbH Clarifier decanter centrifuge, type AD 0509

This Westfalia decanter unit, type AD 0509 is in excellent working condition and comes with electrical pane, set of special lifting tools and Instruction / spare parts manual in English. Designation: Clarifier decanter with 2 gear drives.

Rotating parts manufactured in stainless steel 1.4462 (DUPLEX steel with addition of Molybdenum which secures good resistance against pitting corrosion and intergranular corrosion).

The unit has only been in operation for dewatering biological active sludge in a small Danish municipal sewage plant.

The unit has been fully maintained and service has been regularly performed by Westfalia Separator which has insured, that this equipment is in as--new condition.

The main motor is 15 kW, 50 Hz, 380 Volt and have an automatic back drive system powered by a 2,2 kW, 50 Hz, 380 V motor.

Permissible bowl speed: 4.500 rpm. at density: 1200 kg/m3. Max feed temperature: 80 deg. C.
