This tricanter has been in in operation in a pilot plant for starch extraction from a liquidfied vegetable beans product in Denmark. Max bowl speed: 6.000 rpm. Max processing temperature: 100 deg. Celsius. Max sedimets density: 2,4 kg/deciliter. Bowl wear protection: Inside by special lining. Discharge area inside: By bushings (exchangeable). Discharge area outside: By scrapers (exchangeable). Conveyor has feed compartment with exchangeable bushings. Scroll blade made by tungsten carbide. Main motor: 11 kW – 50 Hz, 400 V, 2840 rpm. Fixed back drive system.
