Complete decanter sludge dewatering unit

Complete Alfa Laval bio sludge dewatering unit with original Alfa Laval electrical panels for control of the sludge dewatering equipment. The Alfa Laval decanter type, is AVNX 719B-31G with a 25 kW belt driven motor and ABC (Automatic Brake Control) control system for controlling the relative speed of the conveyor. The bowl diameter is 353 mm and the sludge is dewatered at speed at around 3.600 rpm.

The sludge dewatering capacity is around 140 kg/hour dry solids. This means that if you have sludge with 2 % dry solids (DS) content - you can feed the decanter unit with around 7 m3 sludge per hour. If you have 3,5 % DS - you can feed with around 4 m3 sludge per hour...

The equipment include one polymer mixing station with pump for adding flocculants to the sludge, flow meter to measure the feed flow, sludge feed pump and a conveyor (almost 6 meter long) for transporting the dewatered sludge out of the container.
