Contherm 6x11" Surface Scrape Heat Exchanger unit

One reconditioned Contherm 6"x11 surface scraped heat exchangers for steam with center positioned rotors and flushed mechanical seals. Staggered rotor with 14 blades, rotor diameter: 76 mm. In-board product head with 2" threaded media connections.

Application: Dairy- and beverage products, soups and low viscosity fluids.

Drive: SEW-EURODRIVE gear motor: 50 Hz, V: 230/400 V, 9,2 kW. Motor/gear rpm: 1470/350

Product site: Maximum allowable pressure: 20,7 bar at 170 deg. Celsius.

Steam site: Maximum allowable pressure: 17,3 bar at 170 deg. Celcius.
